It consists of six five-minute tunes, each corresponding to one of the six "cakras", the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies in yoga philosophy. The tranquil, meditative sound shifts slowly and gradually from the bottom to the top of your body - Mooladhara (perineum), Swadhisthana (pubes), Manipura (navel area), Anahata (heart), Vishuddha (throat), and Ajna (brow) - integrating each of these cakras with the infinite regression of the universe.
